Frequent Questions

When should I order?

  • As soon as possible. Once you have decided on what you would like, put in your order. You want your date held at least 5 days in advance.

Terms of refund and cancelation:

  • Cancelation welcomed 5 days prior to the due date with half of your deposit eligible for refund. Total loss of deposit if you cancel after the 5 day limit. Refunds due to dissatisfaction of product are to be discussed within 48 hrs. after your due date and you will only be eligible for half of the total cost. I can not be held responsible for any damage caused during transportation and mishandling.

Do I need to make a deposit?

  • Yes. A deposit is mandatory to hold the event date with total due 72 hrs. prior to the due date. Deposit is subject to individual custom order.

Can I freeze or refrigerate my cake?

  • Neither is recommended for the best quality. To ensure you get the most out of your purchase be sure to order as close as possible to your event time and date. Frosting cakes can be held frozen for 36 hrs. for best quality. Fondant cakes should never be frozen or refrigerated, doing this could ruin the design and make you ineligible for a refund.


  • When transporting your cake you should clear enough space in your vehicle with a flat surface, away from any foreign objects that may shift and collide with the cake. You want to make sure your vehicle is temperature controlled and cool enough not to disrupt the structure of the cake. Your cake will shift during transportation so be mindful of your speed, distance between you and other vehicles, speed bumps and potholes.
